Senior Full-stack Developer

We specialize in mobile and web application development for tech startups and established enterprises in the US and Western Europe. Our projects are not tied to one area, so there is an opportunity to work with cool products in Fintech, Health, Social Media and Blockchain. We are looking for an experienced Full-stack Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing and optimizing software solutions. You will be responsible for reviewing and improving architecture, migrating from monolith to microservices, and ensuring best development practices.

Responsibilities

Review and enhance existing application architecture

• Redesign solutions and create new architectural approaches
• Develop detailed technical specifications
• Lead the transition from monolithic to microservices architecture
• Optimize PostgreSQL database performance
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions
• Work with cloud infrastructure and DevOps on AWS
• Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development & architecture

• Strong knowledge of AWS, React, NestJS, and PostgreSQL
• Experience in cloud architecture and microservices transition
• Proficiency in CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and GitOps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (B2+)
• Hybrid format of work 3/2 (Office in Minsk)
