Important note: Product Manager at Paralect is a kind of combination of Project Manager + Business Analyst. It means that you're responsible for the overall product success and delivery. It includes: requirements & backlog management, team & stakeholders management, market research, and product delivery.

Proficiency in English at a B2+ level is an essential requirement for this role. We kindly ask you to apply only if you meet this criterion.

By experience, we understood it's the best combination of skills for a leader for our products. And it works more effectively if one person is responsible for all these tasks so there's less extra communication (of course, it works well for small projects, up to 5-7 people).

You’ll do:

  • Requirements preparation and analysis;
  • Work with required tools and techniques to deliver a project within the agreed quality, time, scope and budget;
  • Our teams are working using Agile Scrum / Kanban approaches, so you need to be familiar with at least one of them;
  • Set, monitor and control tasks and monitor their implementation, conducting a product demo;
  • Project risk management on the project ;
  • Be able to answer client’s questions at any stage of project execution;
  • Project closure and preparation of all required documentation;
  • Knowledge sharing (both within the team and within the company).
  • Consulting on the project at any stage, selection and analysis of optimal solutions to meet the needs of the customer;
  • Responsible for project metrics (“Iron triangle”) reporting, incl. verification of project invoices;
  • Work in Jira, Confluence, Harvest systems;
  • Taking part in pre-sale activities.

You’ll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst/Project Coordinator/PMO or other related experience;
  • Good communication skills for working with clients in English (at least B2+);
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to negotiate and interact effectively with other departments;
  • Management experience with team projects; the ability to formulate tasks clearly and track their progress;
  • The ability to build communication with clients properly, as well as to manage their expectations;
  • Understanding of SDLC, peculiarities of Web, Mobile projects development;
  • An open mind, understanding and ability to explain (without in-depth technical details) various technologies areas of usage (e.g. Machine Learning, FinTech, eCommerce);
  • Strong analytical skills; experience in modelling and visualization of processes/problems/solutions;
  • Experience in —or desire to — work in PreSale stages (this is not a client search, but assistance to the Sales department in estimating sizes and costs of potential projects).
